Did you know that fixing low metabolism is key for reducing pain, fatigue and excess weight—especially for fibromyalgia patients?

Those with fibromyalgia know that no matter what they do or don’t eat, things stay the same. They’d love to get a good night’s sleep, but they never feel rested. And they’d love to exercise, but it’s hard enough to get out of bed. Can you relate?

In this free online masterclass, you’ll learn:

The common causes of low metabolism that contribute to weight gain, fatigue, pain, brain fog, and low moods

Which fibromyalgia medications break down metabolism causing it not to work effectively

Why typical nutrition programs don’t work for fibromyalgia patients

Why nutrients are especially important for fibromyalgia to correct deficiencies and regulate hormones

How lack of deep restorative sleep affects metabolism (and my sleep protocol from my book)

We store inflammatory chemicals in your adipose, or fat cells. So the more fat cells we have, the more likely we are to be inflamed.

For every 1 lb of fat the heart has to pump blood through ten miles of arteries, veins and capillaries. This puts a tremendous amount of stress on the heart, metabolism and body.

Fixing a low metabolism can make all the difference in alleviating fibromyalgia symptoms!
