To Reverse Your Fibro You Must Do This

If You Want to Reverse Your Fibromyalgia You Must Correct This Major Health Problem.

I’ll be discussing the number three thing you must do in order to have a chance to reverse your fibromyalgia symptoms. Correct this life draining, health robbing problem and watch 30-40% of your symptoms disappear.

By the way, I discussed the number one must important thing you must do to reverse your fibromyalgia symptoms on October’s First Week of the Month call.  You can watch a free video that goes into detail about the call by supplying your email, HERE.

I went over the second most important thing you must do in my November call.

I look forward to you joining me this coming Tuesday, December 4th.

Thanks for emails about ADHD. Here is the program I recommend for children and adults.

Dear Doc, I have fibromyalgia and know it now!.. it must have been more then 7 to 8 years… i live in Lebanon (middle east) and i have looked in the bookstores and couldnt find your books here, though my doctor told me not to read nor search online for infos since i have GAD and very anxious type… the thing i am intersted in to know if there is anything i can do to help and improve the symptoms, added to the medication, in order to have a close to normal lifestyle… PS: i have read your chapter 4 posted online: i think i am type A and B in your “configuration”!…
    thank you for your time
    Regards

i have had fibro for the last 20+ years, i struggle daily with aches and pains, mood swings, and recently weight gain, i have tried all sorts of supplements and herbs over the years, my pain changes areas about every 3 months or so, right now it is staying in the left shoulder and arm. People say pain in the left arm is a sign of a heart attack, in my case i have that sign daily. When the pain is in my hips, it makes it hard to walk. Even tho the pain moves around, most of the time when i sit for a while, it is hard for me to start walking, then it will gradually works out, i force myself to walk normally, so it is not noticeable. i work as a graphic designer, so i sit at lot at my computer.
I have been told by doctor’s that i just have to live with the pain, exercise, watch what i eat, use a hot tub, and all that, i have suffered with fibro for the last 20+ years and it looks like i will suffer till God takes me home.

Wow! So sorry to read about your struggles. There is no “magic wand or pill or therapy” you’ll need to work with doctor who will do detective work and figure out what are the triggers causing your autoimmune problems. I do phone consults and happy to help if needed. 205-879-2383

    Dr Murphree,
I have just been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and the symptons that I have been experiencing I can find no help for it whatsoever. I have pain in both shoulders, wrist and complete hands. Both hips and both knees and ankles and feet. The worst part of the pain is the on going problem with numbness, tingling, burning, pins and needles and feeling like the nerves are right on top of the inside palms of my hands. I’ve used medication, heat, ice, tried pain management and to no avail. I am going crazy from this and it keeps me up at all hours of the night. If I get two hours of sleep I’ve done good. I do not sleep during the day and cannot go to sleep before 9-10 and sometimes it is later than that. Do you think you can help me?

Sonja so so sorry to read about your health challenges. I totally understand your frustration. Restoring deep restorative sleep is the first thing that needs to be done but yes I believe I can help you-your problems are not unlike most of my fibro patients. Please call clinic 205-879-2383 and they’ll be glad to answer questions and set up a phone consult.

i was diagnosed when I was 56 and am now 73!The only way I can cope is to pace myself Daily on the things I have to do!! I dont over do on “one” day or I will pay the price!Went for a Colonoscopy and they gave me Demerol. That was the Best 20 Minute Sleep I got in the past 20 yrs.I seem to have this down pat now but The past couple of yrs I have had Hives “twice” but they were not of the same kind.No one seems to knows whats causing them. I was always active now My muscles in arms and Legs are softening!! I bought a Nordic track and my legs are getting stronger. What else can I do??
